Best Toothbrush For Retainers

By: Your One and Only, Online Dental Expert - Writer, Mr. Efrain E. Silva!

Retainers in place? No worries. There are still tooth – brushes that you can go with….

First of all, many say their own version of the “best”. And I agree. There are many “bests” just for this. But let’s stop and look at just one, on this page, shall we? I would like to look at the one you see right before you here…. go ahead, click on it after reading what I have to say : Amazon.com : Philips Sonicare ProtectiveClean 5100 Gum Health, Rechargeable electric toothbrush with pressure sensor, Black HX6850/60, 1 Count : Beauty

Now, this tooth – brush will get you to places you have never been ( not to mention get your retainers to new places as well, he he eh heh heh ) and I do mean that in the good way, so don’t worry. And it will do so, taking you for the trip of a life – time, all for around $72. You all have to pay to get things in life, am I right? But this price is not terrible… heck, it is not even bad. It is pretty good, given all that you get with it. And on that, I want to talk more for a bit….

So first of all, on that note, you get the usual 2 – min timer that comes with most electric ones. And not only that, but you get 3 cleaning modes and voltage of up to 220 V. That is packed, when you think about it. Not bad at all, I say.

And also, this brush knows when to swap out its own brush head and will tell you of when it is time. It is like it keeps track of that for you and takes one more thing off your mind / busy life. Just like the 2 – min timer does, counting the 2 minutes for you while you brush, so that you don’t have to keep count of that, he he he he heh…. because, let us face it : who wants to have to keep track of the time, all in all? I know I sure don’t. And as a matter of fact, I get easily distracted and don’t know if I can even keep track for that long or count that high…. without losing count at some point, he heh heh.

And this special item also alerts you on over – brushing, which is a big no – no. Don’t do it. Let the item alert you. And by over – brushing, I simply mean brushing too hard, scraping too fast, etc. This can hurt your teeth and make it painful, later in the day. You want to watch out for that. It’s got a 14 – battery life, too…. sweet! And once that green light is on, you can dis – connect the charger and let the tooth – brush serve you for 14 good days! TWO WEEKS. Ha hah.
